With an impressive linear stretch reaching up to 2 kilometers in length, the island offers unique natural features and outstanding development potential. The property has already been reviewed by the Forestry Authority Council, and the relevant procedures have been completed. Of the island’s total area,1 000 000 square meters have been classified as privately owned forest land, while the remaining 350 000 square meters meet the conditions for development. In addition, at a specific point along the coastline, the island provides natural sea access, allowing for the safe approach and mooring of an inflatable or small vessel—an element of particular importance for private use or for future high-end development.
The Cyclades is a celebrated island group in the Aegean Sea. Known for its whitewashed houses, blue-domed chapels, rugged terrain, and striking arid beauty, the Cyclades offer some of the most picturesque landscapes in the Mediterranean.
This group includes more than 30 inhabited islands and numerous uninhabited islets. The most notable are: Amorgos, Andros, Antiparos, Folegandros, Ios, Kea, Milos, Mykonos, Naxos, Paros, Santorini, Serifos, Sifnos, Syros and Tinos.
Accessible via international airports (Mykonos, Santorini, Paros) and high-speed ferries from Athens’ ports, the Cyclades are both well-connected and geographically diverse.
